A New Market Location

In order to gain greater exposure and better serve our vendors and customers, the Highland Town Market is changing locations.  The new market location starting Saturday, September 1 is the South East corner of Heritage Park, 10400 North Alpine Highway. (Check out the map below) Heritage Park is a great place to host events and is known for the hosting location of the Highland Fling.

The Market will still be open from 9:00-1:00 on Saturday mornings in September and is sure to be a blast for all.

Fun Times at the Market

We're two markets in and have had a blast so far! Due to popular demand, the market will now be open from 9:00-1:00. We're still here every Saturday through the end of September. Check out the pictures below to see some of the fun times we've had. There are more pictures including what our vendors are selling in the Pictures of the Market tab. This week we'll have 20 of our great produce and craft vendors as well as the musical talents of Saxsation. We'll see you at the market.

Grand Opening Celebration

It's finally here! The Highland Town Market opens tomorrow!

Make sure to join us for our Grand Opening Celebration.  We will be kicking the Market off right with a free bounce house, donuts to the first 100 people, 12 raffle prizes for Market Bucks, a sidewalk art competition for all to participate in, music by Wrapped in Wool, and much more.

Our amazing vendors have something for everyone including: local and fresh produce, eggs, Sandy Candy, face-painting, wood-work, jewelry, crocheted items, Native American crafted items, doll clothes, blankets, purses, knitted items, hand braided ropes, and much much more. What's even better is all of the items being sold in the Market are homegrown or handmade making them special and unique.  To see a complete list of our vendors check out the List of Vendors tab.

The Market starts tomorrow, Saturday August 11 at 9:00AM and goes until 12:00PM.  We are located between the Town Center Splash Pad and Highland City Hall, 5400 West Civic Center Drive.  This is an event for the whole family.  Parents can shop while the kids play in the bounce house and Splash Pad.  You won't want to miss it!

Parade Fun

I hope you all had as great of time at the Fling as we did!  We participated in the parade and vendor booths and got tons of people excited about the Highland Town Market.  A big thanks to Jerry Hudson who let us use his tractor and trailer and his family who came along for the ride. Between the watermelon taffy, tractor, and farm dogs, we were a huge hit!  The Opening Day Celebration is only four days away and we can't wait!  See you soon.

See you at the Fling!

As most of you know, the Highland Fling has been going on this week and it's been chuck full of fun events. Come down to the parade on Saturday, August 2 at 10:00 and look for us! We'll be driving a tractor and throwing out peach and watermelon flavored taffy. We'll also have a couple of farm dogs along for the journey. Click here to see the parade route.

Later that day, come down to Heritage Park for vendor booths, food, entertainment, activities, fireworks, and more. We'll also have a booth there and will be advertising for the Market as well as other city events and volunteer opportunities. Click here for a complete schedule of the events.
